Spend the first five years trying to get with the plan

I will be running out of underwear the same time I run out of a place to live

In the 12th grade I wrote a play with an introduction quoting James Joyce, Nine Inch Nails, and The Shins. I think that the plot had to do with family members, killing, and the repetition of the word bang, which was the central metaphor of it all. I also gave a presentation on an OK Go song and shot what felt like every event that happened at school.

I'm already out of socks.

Afterward

"If only Facil were here to tell me what an idiot I've become!" But Bartholomeo Facil, Poissel's closest friend and erstwhile collaborator, had left Paris in 1881, and would not return until 1905. Despair compounded fatigue; Poissel was no longer seen by day, and seldom at night.

Burning of Spring

Five days later Baron Haussmann dreams that he is once again the Prefect of Paris. His administration is put in charge of the seasons of the year: summer, fall, spring, etc. He draws up a plan for a system of warehouses in which the best-known features of each season will be stored: the summer smell of hot stone, the graying skies of autumn, the snow dirtied by Parisian feet, the trees in bloom. He also designs a network of channels by which each season can be delivered to the city within a week at most. We could change seasons seven or eight times a year, easily, he notes in his report to the municipal council, or we could add new seasons to satisfy the needs of a growing population: sprall, a season of mist and fine rain, good for gathering various fruits in the forest; or fammer, a hot, gray, still season, suitable for riots. Not long after these "weather axes" become operational, the Baron learns that there was a fire in the warehouse where they keep the spring, and that the vernal season has been entirely destroyed. Now the question arises, what are they going to do on March 21? Baron Haussmann can't decide whether to have an early summer or to draw the winter out. He wakes up, still unable to choose between the two.

They attempted to avert people from going into the water by making a border at the high tide line with dark metal poles and yellow caution tape. Around 230am, I woke up from my short nap in the bed I dug myself in the sand (apparently people had been taking pictures of me). Shortly after, a truck came by to officially undo the silly border as some of it started getting angrily torn away. Two men came in a truck that they kept running while cleaning, and some man with curly dark hair started dancing back and forth in front of the truck's headlights. He was clapping his hands, which I later noticed were pronged in his sandles. I got out of bed to take pictures. Two frames later this man collapsed into the sand. Three frames later I asked if he was okay and then saw that it was Jack DeSena, a boy I had Algebra with in 8th grade and now goes to my school again.

Naked Breakfast

Tomorrow I am giving a speech on something I am personally committed to- this is something that does not exist and I have therefore yet to write it. I want to stop using commas.

You walk down Alameda looking at the cracks in the sidewalk, thinking about your friends- how you maintain all them in a constate state of suspense for your own protection over their affection.

I can make you famous

It's great how my bed is so close to a toilet-- maybe I'll use it more often now

I might paint the vacuum too--green or yellow for the summer--and find a place for it. They're just so great. On the bottom, you can take the hose part with the suction, and screw it onto the bottom of the vacuum cleaner, and get blow-out air. One day I didn't have my hairdryer and I thought I could use that to dry my hair. So I attached the hose to the blow-out part and I blew out everything that was in the bag. It blew all over into little pieces of dust. One thing, you can always tell when your habits change by checking that bag.

And A, you know how I care what the outside of my door looks like.

Buyers and Sellers, Pimps and Whores

Bad New Bears was given the lowest cautionary warning over here in Taiwanese cable television.
I would like to floss regularly. My cousin uses this facial wash that smells exactly like Sprite, it is also supposed to whiten.

Summer in Abbadon; AFK

Delta Air Line's advertising department has finally gotten clever. For example, "Freudian slip away: Vienna," "Off the beaten piazza: Pisa," and "Do some Seoul searching: Seoul."

I have resolved to throw away my faulty socks- the ones that come off my heel while in motion.

During a lecture on diseases that mess with auditory abilities: "and of course, we have a speech pathology clinic here on campus."
